If you are having a problem paying rent, paying a bill, or any other problems in your home beyond maintenance, please do not hesitate to contact our resident services team, call 513-381-1171 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rent is due on the first of the month; rent is late on the 7th of the month. The late fee depends on your housing type.
Maintenance Emergencies on the weekends, after hours or holidays consist of sewer backups, floods, fire (please contact fire department if you have a fire, no heat, gas fumes, no electricity (after you have called Duke Energy), clogged toilet (if you have only one bathroom), a clogged kitchen sink Refrigerator not working, broken window, front door lock broken. There is a $10 fee for after hours lock out because of lost key. To report a maintenance emergency please call 513-381-1171.

Cable/Satellite TV: We do not allow Satellite Television Service in our buildings, all of our buildings are cable ready.
Duke Energy is our gas and electricity provider, you can reach them at 800 544 6900.
Water is included in your rent, if you are having problems with you water please call 513-381-1171. Your water heater is not included in your rent and gas charges will be on your Duke Energy Bill.
Extermination: You can report any sighting of a pest to the office at 513-381-1171. Our normally scheduled exterminator visit is every Tuesday. For information about bed bugs please visit http://www.epa.gov/bedbugs/
