At Over-the-Rhine Community Housing we strive to ensure all residents feel supported and part of an inclusive community. We believe quality affordable housing, along with resident centered services are vital components of maintaining housing stability.

Our apartments range from efficiency to five bedrooms. Most apartments operate under compliance guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs and must adhere to income and rent restrictions. Some apartments have project-based rent assistance. We also accept Housing Choice Vouchers.

We will be accepting pre-applications to be placed on our wait list for Vandalia Point, our new affordable housing development in Northside. Apartments range in size from efficiencies to 3-bedroom units, with a limited number of units available in Fall 2024. This is only for non-subsidized, below market rent housing. Pre-applications will be accepted at the Vandalia Point Management office located at 1611 Blue Rock Street, Cincinnati, OH 45223.
