Who We Are
We are community members. We create community-based solutions to the affordable housing crisis in our neighborhoods across Cincinnati. We focus on four primary areas of community development: Property Management, Resident Services, Tenant Advocacy, and Property Development. We offer a wide range of affordable housing models and supportive services designed to serve a vibrant, diverse population of low-income residents.

In 2022, within our total of 473 homes, we served 851 residents.

In 2022, we created 248 new units of housing.
256 Residents of Permanent Supportive Housing
We operate these housing programs so that our most vulnerable neighbors can live in a safe, supportive environment as they regain stability and overcome adversity.
How We Serve
We provide direct resident services and support for successful transition into housing, and assistance in attaining housing stability. We advocate for more affordable housing resources at local, state, and national levels on behalf of residents we serve and all low-income households.

I am a housing choice voucher participant and OTRCH was one of the very few property management companies that was accepting the voucher at the time I was looking for housing. The process between CMHA and OTRCH was quick and easy. OTRCH don’t charge an application fee, which is nice, because many property management charge $30-$60 and that can get to be very expensive.
