Over-the-Rhine Community Housing will strategically manage our growth by adding new affordable housing units in multiple Cincinnati neighborhoods, while strengthening our property management services and organizational infrastructure, providing opportunities for residents, volunteers, staff, and community to enhance our collective well-being and expanding our financial base. Everything we do will be guided by our mission and our desire to increase racial equity in our community.

Organizational Capacity & Succession Planning

Expand organizational capacity by adding key staff and resources to support our mission, which includes development of a comprehensive leadership transition and succession plan. We continuously build organizational capacity through expanding staffing, training, and technology, in order to expand our affordable housing model into more communities within Cincinnati’s urban core.

Diversified Revenue

Develop and document a more diversified revenue model. Building upon our success as an affordable housing developer, we will continue to expand our existing revenue sources and take advantage of our expertise in finance and community development.
