At Over-the-Rhine Community Housing we strive to ensure all residents feel supported and part of an inclusive community. We believe quality affordable housing, along with resident centered services are vital components of maintaining housing stability.
Our apartments range from efficiency to five bedrooms. Most apartments operate under compliance guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs and must adhere to income and rent restrictions. Some apartments have project-based rent assistance. We also accept Housing Choice Vouchers.
Our Waitlist is Currently Closed to New Applicants
We use a waitlist system for all our housing options. Please check back here regularly and on our social media pages @OTRCH, for postings regarding application opportunities. Feel free to call or stop by our office for information about the application process.
