Real Estate Development

Since 2006, Over-the-Rhine Community Housing has added more than 1000 units of high-quality housing to the Cincinnati market, with most of it being in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. The demand for low-income housing continues to grow and we have responded by working with partners in other neighborhoods to expand our successful model of resident centered affordable housing development.
